What exactly is a Story? Is it the entire book?

In Baby Yearbooks, a Story (also sometimes called a Moment or Memory) is a single post in your baby's book, made up of any combination of

• photos
• videos
• video or audio narrations
• text

Stories can be as simple as a single photo or video. Or they can be several of each type. We automatically date the story based on your earliest photo/video.

You can also add captions for each one, or write or dictate longer thoughts — and if dictated, we transcribe them and tidy them with AI.

You can then add that story to any chapter (eg "Before you were born"). We automatically sort the stories in Chapters based on their date.

Your book will be made up of many chapters, each of which will contain many stories. It's a great way to organize!
