If you’re having trouble uploading photos, videos, or audio, here are a few quick checks:

• Device support: Baby Yearbooks works in your browser on desktop, tablets, and mobile (iOS and Android).
• Internet connection: A stable Wi-Fi connection helps with larger video uploads.
• File size: Photos under 15MB and videos under 200MB usually upload most smoothly.
• Browser: If you’re on desktop, we recommend Chrome, Safari, or Edge (latest version). On mobile, we recommend Chrome or Safari.
