How long will printing and shipping take? Does it cost extra?

Once you've approved your PDFs and confirmed your print order, printing and shipping typically takes 10–15 business days within the U.S. and Canada.

If you do not have pre-paid shipping, it will be added to your order before printing. Shipping is $12.99 USD.
